My purchasing experience was extremely negative. First, I discovered that the company charged a higher amount than the price listed on their website. This was a significant difference, not a small, negligible amount. Secondly, it's important for you to know that the refund process is almost impossible. I am still in communication with them and have not yet received a refund. It seems their policy is designed to make it very difficult to get your money back, even when the service or product does not meet its promises. Lastly, I highly recommend that you read the purchase and refund policy very carefully before making any commitment. The policy is complex and contains clauses that make the option of returning the software and getting a refund almost impossible to exercise. In conclusion, I would strongly advise looking for alternative software solutions from more reputable companies to avoid the frustration and exhausting process that I experienced.", "Scam. Bad service
They continue to keep charging me even though Ive canceled and they are charging me multiple times taking money out and each time I file a complaint they tell me they will cancel the subscription, but they will not refund the money and then a month later or two months later, it comes out again several times

I don't know how that can be if what I bought this system for or program for is to fix my iPhone, and it's not fixing it. So why am I not allowed to get a refund for your products not working with my phone? Let me know what I need to do to get my refund.

I filled out your cancel stuff as your products did not fix my hard drive and operating system issues. I can provide you a copy of my receipt from Ace Computer Service for installing a new SSD and operating system.
I am not asking for a refund, but I do not want your products; they did not work for me. I just got an email saying my subscription will be billed on the 28th.
This is unacceptable, as I filled out your overcomplicated cancellation. If I do not hear from you that all future billing is canceled for all Tenorshare products by COB Friday, I will be contacting my bank to deny any future payments to Tenorshare, and I will post my issues with Tenorshare products and support/billing in every relevant chat room and review program I can find.

Preferred solution: Cancellation of any further billing and any further anything with tenor share. This is just too complicated. They don't respond and there's no way to contact them directly.

Stay away from Tenorshare! I bought 2 programs on Tenorshare on the 16th of April on a 3-day free trial.
Realizing that I'd bought the wrong two, I canceled them on the 17th for a refund. Hearing nothing back, I canceled them again on the 18th (all within the 3-day period). Not only have they not refunded me, they have charged me for another month as the 3-day period has now passed. They say that I changed my mind and are not refunding anything, which is totally incorrect.
And also, I canceled it within the 3 days. Why did they renew it, far less not want to refund it?

Extremely Disappointed – No Support and Product Didn’t Work
I recently downloaded a product 4DDig window data recovery fromm the Tenorshare website, hoping it would solve my issue, but it did absolutely nothing. Not only was the software useless for my situation, but they also charged me without providing any real support or a chance to cancel.
Ive been trying to contact Tenorshare for the past 48 hours with no success.
Ive emailed them, tried every contact form available on their website, and even called the number listed on Google which is out of service or unreachable. Theres no customer support, no refund process, and no way to speak to a real person.
This feels like a scam. I just want my money back, but theyre making it impossible to reach them.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful before purchasing anything from their site.

However, I would like to request a refund again. I believe there was a misunderstanding regarding my situation.
First, the software takes up too much space on my computer and I do not have enough storage for it.
In addition, it is not useful to me.
Second, there is a significant discrepancy between the price on my receipt and the amount I was actually charged.
The receipt shows a charge of $42.25, but I was charged NIS 275.84.
This amount is much higher than the price shown.
I have attached a copy of the receipt.
I would appreciate it if you could reconsider my refund request based on these issues. Thank you for your time and response.

To me, its not worth it. I power off the phone and when I power it back on that light goes back on.
Thats some annoying and frustrating and unacceptable. I will at this moment be requested my refund. I havent done any devices.

IPhone not detected
I plugged my iPhone into the PC per instruction after I paid $40, and the PC still won't recognize the phone.

- Can only use on pc to use and i still have forts bc
